Laura Silverman

Is a writer, naturalist and cook who has lived full-time in Sullivan County since 2009. She is an advocate for mindful living and adventurous eating on her blog, Glutton for Life, and as a contributor to Edible magazine, The River Reporter and WJFF Radio Catskill. Laura is the author ofThe Bergdorf Goodman Cookbook (Harper Collins 2015) and is currently collaborating on a book about rye bread with Viennese baker Martin Auer.
